Cary has an immediate opportunity for a Chief Facilities and Project Officer to support the hospital in fulfilling its Vision and Mission statement.
As a senior administrative team member, the Chief Facilities and Project Officer (CFPO) works closely with the CEO, medical staff, organizational leaders, and the hospital's Board of Directors to consult and advise on options and policies; provides input and shared responsibility for overall hospital planning and growth combining financial skills, facilities expertise and the ability to build effective internal teams within the organization.
The CFPO establishes multi-year facilities capital planning and management programs designed to deliver lower risks, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
Facilitates effective working relationships, adopting a proactive, programmatic approach to facilities capital planning, management, and department leadership.
The CFPO will promote teamwork and perform duties and responsibilities consistent with the hospital's mission and values.
