AMHC is excited to announce our new opening for a Children's Behavioral Home Health Coordinator(BHH)/Targeted Case management in our Caribou areaThis person will assist children and families to attain the skills and resources necessary to successfully function in the living and learning environment within the home and/or communityThe Children's BHH Coordinator/TCM will establish therapeutic relationships with clients and prospective clients according to the philosophy and values of the programThis includes engaging hard-to-reach and hard-to-engage clients and their familiesThe chosen candidate will be expected to demonstrate the core values of AMHC by showing Integrity, Compassion, Excellence, Service, Collaboration, and Respect to co-workers, clients, and community members
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Responsibilities & Expectations Assess the strength and needs of the family using Compassion and Respect , to support in linking, coordinating, and managing the families services Lead the treatment team in meeting the family's needs with a focus being Collaboration and Excellence Support the family in identifying the goals and treatment for the children with Integrity and being Service Focused Schedule:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
