AMHC has a new opening for a Recovery Coach Coordinator in Caribou/Houlton.
This person will be responsible for providing peer support services in AMHC's Substance Use Peer Recovery Centers in accordance with the standards established for this position by the agency.
They will Implement the Recovery Data Platform, as a super user to meet the performance measures outlined for this service and provide CCAR RCS Training, and/or other training as necessary in Aroostook County that is coordinated with the PRCC.
The Recovery Coach Coordinator will develop/monitor the scheduling of an on-call Recovery Coach system within the area to attend to Recovery Coach needs, e.
g.
, the hospital emergency room.
The chosen candidate will be expected to demonstrate the core values of AMHC by showing Integrity, Compassion, Excellence, Service, Collaboration, and Respect to co-workers, clients, and community members.
Qualifications:
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required Must be in recovery and willing to self-identify Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be a trained Recovery coach in the CCAR model Responsibilities & Expectations:
Collaborate with individuals and organizations such as law enforcement, health care, and other community resources Demonstrated recovery-based values with Compassion and Respect to the individuals.
Cultivate positive, trusting relationships with the individuals showing the Service focus mission that AMHC follows.
Demonstrate AMHC Integrity by role modeling the expected skills to staff, community, and individuals.
Show a commitment to Excellence by adhering to the agency's policies and procedures.
Schedule:
